There’s nothing better than being out in the wild, serving up fresh, gluten free bakes to cake-lovers face to face. You’ll find me (and a table full of brownies, blondies, cake slices and the occasional wildcard treat) popping up at markets across Essex and beyond.

Whether you’re gluten free or just into really good cake, swing by, say hi, and grab something delicious. My bakes change with the seasons and my mood, but there’s always something worth getting crumbs on your jumper for.
